~USA Domestic Shipping~
We use USPS First-Class Mail which typically arrive 1-3 business days once the order has been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped via email.
Due to the COVID-19 postal services worldwide has been experiencing delays so please be patient during these times.
~International shipping~
We use USPS First-Class Package International Service which generally arrives within 7-21 days. However, We cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped via email.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes upon delivery. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. In addition, I will not mark any international packages as "gifts" on customs forms as this is illegal.
Shipping Orders Within the EU
We're currently shipping orders within the European Union as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so when your package arrives at its destination country, you will be contacted by customs to pay any customs duty owed before it will be released.
If customs cannot make contact with you, the recipient, the package could be returned or delayed, which is why it is essential to provide correct contact information.
You must be aware you're responsible for paying all taxes and duties.
If your package is returned to us, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to resend your order.
Please know that we do not offer refunds or cancellations; this includes returned packages due to failure to pay duties and taxes.
